The technical aspect prevails. The simplicity of lines stresses
the product as the unique actor of activity. Bread is central.
This bakery was designed for a young couple, colours and materials
were chosen in accordance with their vocational guidance and
their young age. Materials can be easily cleaned and project
lines allow variations in the fitting-out. For the japanning
they were used state-of-the-art and innovative products, as
for example liquid rubber, which is resistant and pleasant
to the touch. Everything has been designed in order to find
spaces in small dimensions.
