This is a part of the “farmhouse”, destroyed and
rebuilt as if time hadn’t passed. What you can see from
pictures is contemporaneous, it was realized in 2001, but
using local skilled workers who reveal a perfect technique
in the tradition of stone masonry. Lighted bodies and shelves,
made of iron and Teflon, for bottles create a harmonious contrast.
Shelves become a lighting element, from the uprights it comes
out a beam of light which caresses the cobbled paving with
sand laying in order to favour the natural rise of ground
humidity, useful to the preservation and ageing of wine.
